Juvederm is an effective, affordable and non-surgical way to bring a refreshed look to your face. As we age, our face has many structural changes. Our bones lose volume and shift, our facial muscles change, volume loss to fat pads in our face, and of course the decrease in collagen and elastic.
Juvederm works differently than Botox as Juvederm is designed to plump and smooth the face – botox prevents your muscles from contracting. Juvederm is used in the cheeks, around the mouth, lips, jawline, and chin.

Juvederm is injected in ways to support your face. Each filler has a unique personality and the product selected will be chosen carefully to achieve the best result for the areas being treated. The ultimate goal is a refreshed look that moves naturally with all facial expressions.

Juvederm is a hyaluronic acid that is a sugar naturally found in our bodies and can last 6-24 months depending on the product used, areas treated, and the individual’s metabolism
There are risks to dermal filler such as blindness, asymmetry, tissue death, lumps, bumps, and bruising

Bruising is not uncommon, and one should avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours post treatment. There can be some temporary discomfort to the treatment areas and swelling that can last 1-2 weeks. Cold compresses can aid in swelling post-treatment.

Fillers that are made of hyaluronic acid can be reversed. However, there are risks with this and should only be done when necessary

Filler is slightly more uncomfortable than a Botox treatment but with topical anesthetic and tiny needles, the injections are minimally uncomfortable

People that have a history of allergic reaction to lidocaine or hyaluronic acid cannot use this product
